Data Usage and Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Your privacy is paramount at TechnoData. This policy explains how your data is collected, used, and shared at TechnoData Consulting Services Inc, and at all the affiliate companies, products and services of TechnoData Consulting. Such data, including your personal information, may be collected when you access our websites ( https://technodataanalytics.com and https://www.analyzio.com, collectively the “Sites”) or use our services via other channels or third-party marketplaces (the “Service”). By using our Sites or Service, you consent to the practices described here and any future amendments.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all users of TechnoData, its affiliates, the Analyzio Portal (the flagship product from TechnoData Consulting) and the applications within the Analyzio portal. The policy is applicable to the users of the Analyzio applications that are deployed on third-party marketplaces.
Information Collection and Purpose
We do not collect, store, or access any operational data processed. All analysis is performed directly within the customer’s environments (or instances), and the resulting data remains under the customer’s control.
We only gather personal information to provide our products and services, communicate with you, and manage your user account if registered. If you are a user of Analyzio Portal, then during registration or when accessing restricted parts of the Sites, you may be asked to provide details such as your full name, company name, email address, city, telephone number, and any additional data you choose to share. Enhancing your profile with a photo, biography, location, or personal website is optional and subject to your privacy settings. Similarly, if you contact us via email, we may retain your contact details and messages to address your queries or share important updates.
If you are using the services via a third-party marketplace, the personal data would be collected in compliance with the policies of the marketplace. In any case, the data collection would be limited to customers’ full names, company name, email address, and phone number.
Use of Your Contact Information
This includes providing access to and support for our applications, communicating important updates, new features, service information, and related products & services. Personal data may also be used to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Should you wish to stop receiving these messages, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails.
Automatic Log Data
If you are a user of the Analyzio Portal, our servers automatically record details from your browser—such as IP address, browser type, referring domain, pages visited, search terms, and ad clicks—each time you access our Sites (“Log Data”). This data helps us analyze usage patterns and manage our technical infrastructure. We do not link your IP address with other personal data unless necessary to address a breach of our Terms of Service.
This point is not applicable if you are using an application deployed on a third-party marketplace.
Cookie Usage
If you are a user of the Analyzio Portal, we employ cookies—small data files placed on your device—to collect additional information about your site usage and improve our Service. Both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (remaining until manually removed or expired) may be used. While cookies do not collect personal data, you can disable them through your browser settings, although this may affect your experience on our Sites.
This point is not applicable if you are using an application deployed on a third-party marketplace.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share customer data with third parties. To provide and maintain our Service, we may share your personal data with trusted third-party providers who handle hosting, maintenance, customer support, database management, and marketing on our behalf. These partners are bound by strict contractual obligations to safeguard your personal data.
Personal data may also be used to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Legal Compliance and Disclosures
We cooperate with law enforcement and government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users. In such cases, we may disclose your information as deemed necessary.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data might be transferred to the new owner. If the new entity’s data practices differ significantly from those outlined here, you will have the opportunity to opt out.
Modifying Your Information
Registered users can update or correct their personal information by contacting us at contact@analyzio.com
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal requirements, or until you request its deletion. You may send a note to us for deletion, at any time, to contact@analyzio.com
Data Security
We take extensive measures—administrative, physical, and electronic—to secure your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. In the unlikely event of a security breach affecting unencrypted data, we will notify you promptly via email or a prominent notice on our Sites.
Links to External Websites
Our Sites may include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites; we encourage you to review their policies.
