Analyzio Beta Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Analyzio, an AI-powered analytics platform developed by TechnoData Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Analyzio”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Analyzio Beta platform (“Beta Service”).

By registering for, accessing, or using the Beta Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Beta Service.

2. Beta Program

Analyzio is currently offered as a public Beta. The purpose of this Beta program is to:

  • Allow users to evaluate the platform.
  • Gather user feedback.
  • Validate new features.
  • Improve usability and performance.

The Beta Service is made available free of charge. While every effort is made to ensure the product experience remains great in even in the Beta Service, during the Beta period:

  • Features may change.
  • Features may be added or removed.
  • Performance may vary.
  • The platform may experience interruptions.

The Beta Service should not be considered a production-grade service.

3. Eligibility

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.

If you are accessing the Beta on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Beta Service solely for evaluation, testing, and internal business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

5. User Accounts

Analyzio follows the highest security standards to protect the user accounts and the clients’ data. However, as a user, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Securing your login credentials.
  • All activity performed using your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the software.
  • Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
  • Introduce malware or malicious code.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Use the Service for illegal activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

You also agree not to use the platform to generate content that violates applicable laws or infringes intellectual property rights.

7. AI Features

Analyzio uses Artificial Intelligence to assist users with:

  • Data exploration
  • Natural language querying
  • Report generation
  • Recommendations
  • Business insights

While every effort is made to provide accurate responses, AI-generated outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.

Users remain solely responsible for validating AI-generated recommendations before making business, financial, legal, operational, or regulatory decisions.

The Company shall not be liable for decisions made solely on AI-generated outputs.

8. Customer Data

You retain full ownership of all data uploaded or connected to the platform.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to Analyzio or TechnoData.

Analyzio processes customer data solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Analyzio or TechnoData do not sell customer data.

Where applicable, operational data remains within the customer’s environment as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Analyzio Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Feedback

As part of the Beta program, users are encouraged to submit:

  • Suggestions
  • Bug reports
  • Enhancement requests
  • Feature ideas
  • General feedback

You agree that the Company may use such feedback without restriction or compensation for the purpose of improving the Service.

You retain ownership of your own intellectual property; however, ideas and suggestions voluntarily submitted may be incorporated into future versions of the platform.

11. Third-Party Services

Analyzio may integrate with third-party platforms including cloud services, databases, AI providers, or productivity tools.

Your use of such services may also be governed by the terms of those providers.

The Company is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

Analyzio, including its software, algorithms, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, user interface, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of TechnoData Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Service.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the Beta program.

Confidential information includes:

  • Product roadmaps
  • Technical documentation
  • Source code
  • Business processes
  • Customer information
  • Non-public product capabilities

Neither party shall disclose confidential information without prior written consent unless required by law.

14. Service Availability

Because this is a Beta release:

  • The Service may contain defects.
  • Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Features may change without notice.
  • Maintenance windows may occur.
  • Temporary outages may occur.

The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain availability but provides no uptime guarantees during the Beta program. The Beta Service is expected to be fully functional during the US working hours.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.

The Company does not warrant that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted,
  • errors will be corrected in a time-bound manner.
  • AI outputs will always be accurate,
  • or the Service will meet every user’s requirements.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • incidental damages,
  • consequential damages,
  • loss of profits,
  • business interruption,
  • loss of business opportunities,
  • or loss of data arising from the use of the Beta Service.

Since the Beta Service is provided free of charge, the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damages, or pay as per the applicable laws.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of:

  • misuse of the Service,
  • violation of these Terms,
  • infringement of third-party rights,
  • or unlawful activities conducted through your account.

18. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated,
  • security risks are identified,
  • fraudulent activity is suspected,

The service would also be terminated when the Beta program concludes. At that time, users shall be given the option to migrate to the general release version or terminate the service.

Users may discontinue use of the Beta Service at any time.

19. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

  • modify features,
  • discontinue features,
  • change user interfaces,
  • limit functionality

20. Changes to these Terms

The Company may update these Terms periodically.

You shall be notified via email of the changes in the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms will effectively constitute acceptance of those changes.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.

The courts located in Delaware, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.

By accessing or using Analyzio Beta, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, have understand them and agree to be bound by them. You also acknowledge that you’re using the Beta service, and agree to provide feedback that helps improve the platform.
